HR Club uses internet PayPal service to process orders. The main payment method is by credit card. Orders are for an annual license to use WinTax Pro and will expire one year after the order date.
| • | WinTax Pro has a 50-employee license ($95 + taxes per year) and an unlimited employee license ($155 + taxes per year). Both licenses allow for multiple company setup. |

| • | Payment is made using the internet PayPal payment service, which accepts all major credit cards. You do not need to open a PayPal account. But if you have a PayPal account you can pay from the account. |

| • | An activation code with installation instructions will be email to you immediately, usually within 10 minutes. Check your SPAM folder if you have not received the installation email, because some hosting services like 'Gmail.com' are specially strict on email links. You should email support@hrclub.ca if you have not receive the 'Installation' email within an hour. |

Renewal Orders
| • | Your new license expiration date will be one year after your existing expiration date (not the new order date). |

| • | If you have more than 6 months left on your current license, you will get a credit of 1/2 the original price of the 50-employee license. Your new license will be one year after your renewal date. |

| • | There will be no credit given to you for the remaining time of your license. Your new license will be one year after your renewal date. |
